Sat Paul Mittal School was privileged to welcome eminent personalities during the session. The visitors evinced keen interest in the hi-tech computer centre, library, laboratories and the teaching methodologies being followed in the school. Given below is a glimpse of the visitors and their opinions about Sat Paul Mittal School.

Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman, Bharti Enterprises, visited the school on April 8, 2004. He commented, “I am delighted to visit Sat Paul Mittal School. It has surpassed all my expectations for an institution that has just been launched three days back”.

His Excellency Shri A.R. Kidwai, Governor, Punjab and Haryana, on his visit on November 9, 2004 remarked, “I am quite impressed with the school and its approach in teaching”.

Capt. Amarinder Singh, Chief Minister of Punjab on his visit on April 12, 2005 said, “A wonderful school…I am sure one day it will be a leading institution of our country”.

Mrs. Isher Judge Ahluwalia, Vice Chairperson, Planning Commission, Punjab, visited the school on April 10, 2005 and commented, “I am truly impressed with what I see at the school. This is a remarkable investment in the future of Punjab”.

Mr. J.S. Gill, IAS, Chief Secretary, Punjab, visited the school on May 13, 2005 and said, “The premises are immaculately maintained and the atmosphere and cheerfulness of both the students and teachers was not something one sees very often”.

His Excellency Shri Sudarshan Aggarwal, Governor of Uttaranchal, on his visit to the school on November 11, 2005 said, “It was sheer joy going around Sat Paul Mittal School. Seeing is believing”.

Dr. Harish Dhillon, Principal, YPS, Mohali inspected the school on January 17, 2006 and remarked, “Tremendous school, not only in terms of infrastructure but also in terms of the feeling of joy and cheerfulness that prevails all over the campus”.

Mr. Surinder Singla, Finance Minister, Punjab visited the school on 12 th April 2006 and said, “It is an excellent school which will shape up to meet the future challenges of life.”

Mr, Harnam Das Johar, Education Minister, Punjab on his visit to school on 17 th July 2006 said, “School is marvelous! The Principal, the other administrators and the teachers are found to be quite efficient & working honestly and sincerely to produce the next generation.”

Mr. Shekhar Gupta, CEO, The Indian Express, alongwith Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman, Bharti Enterprises , visited the school on 25 th September 2007 and remarked, “ Always so wonderful and inspiring to visit an institution in making.”


Sardar Prakash Singh Badal, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Punjab on his visit to school on 31 st October 2007 was greatly impressed with the ambience of the school and its functioning.






Sh. Bhupinder Sing Hooda, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Haryana on his visit on 13 th November 2007 wrote, “ I am delighted to be here in this school which has been named after a dedicated social worker and leader, Sh. Sat Paul Mittal. I must congratulate the trustees and the staff of the school for doing such a good service to society, Keep it up!”





A business delegation from Delmonte, Philippines visited school on 01 st November 2007 and was impressed and said it was wonderful to see such schools in India.








Mrs. Manju Bharat Ram, Chairperson, The Shri Ram Schools , visited the school on 14 th March 2008 and remarked, “ I am really happy to be here. It's a pleasure to see how well the Shri Ram School 's philosophy is being followed. Congratulations to all of you! ”

Celebrations/Functions

• Celebrations filled the campus with mirth and gaiety as the Satyans celebrated Diwali, Children’s Day, Gurpurab, Christmas and Basant Panchami.
  
  
• The school celebrated its 4th Founder’s Day on 28th & 30th November 2007. On 28th November 2007 the students of Classes PV to II took to the stage and the occasion was graced by Mr. Manoj Kohli, President & CEO Airtel. On 30th November 2007 the students of Classes III to VIII took to the stage and put up an enlivening and exhilarating performance. The Chief Guest for the function was Mr. Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Chairman, Sat Paul Mittal School.
  
  
• The 3rd Annual Athletic Meet was held on 01st February 2008. The Satyans marched in their respective House contingents and displayed exemplary coordination. The salute was taken by Mr. Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Chairman, Sat Paul Mittal School. The children participated in various fun races, track events and also showed their expertise in various drills. • The 3rd Graduation Ceremony of Upvan class was held on 14th March 2008. Mrs. Manju Bharat Ram, Chairperson, Shri Ram School graced the occasion and conferred the scrolls to the students.
