Dr. D. B. Sharma , Director/Principal

Masters in English, History, Education & Ph.D. in History, Dr. D.B. Sharma is an educationist and has been the Principal of Kundan Vidya Mandir, a reputed institution in Ludhiana, for a period of 11 years. He is presently the Director of the Sat Paul Mittal School. During his Army career also, Col Sharma served as an instructor in the best institutions of the Armed Forces like National Defence Academy (NDA)-Pune, Indian Military Academy-Dehradun, Officers Training Academy-Madras, Army Cadet College-Pune.

Mrs. Suneet Sidhu, Head Junior School

Mrs. Sidhu completed her schooling from the Lawrence School, Sanawar. She has a high academic profile with a gold medal to her credit at the graduation level. She has a rich teaching experience in various prestigious institutions including Army Schools and Rai Public School, New Delhi.

Mrs. Bhupinder Gogia, Head Senior School

An alumni of St. Ann 's High School, Secunderabad, Mrs. Bhupinder Gogia has a high academic profile and has been awarded the gold medal for mathematics at the post graduate level from the prestigious University of Hyderabad . A passionate learner, equipped with computer skills to keep pace with the techno-times, has a drive to initiate others on the path of learning. She has a rich experience of teaching in reputed schools and colleges.

The teachers are highly qualified and competent, having a strong passion and flair for teaching. They are extremely proficient in communicative skills and are knowledgeable enough to size up to the qualitative educational challenges of the school.

In-service training of teachers

In-service training is the kernel for the professional growth of teachers. The faculty undergoes regular and rigorous training by the resource personnel of the Research and Development Cell of Shri Ram Educare. Experts from all parts of the country are also invited to train teachers in various disciplines of teaching, and to help them to break away from the traditional hackneyed ways of imparting education.

Through intensive in-service training programmes the teachers are kept abreast of the latest techniques and methodologies in the field of education.

•	A four day teachers training workshop was conducted before the commencement of the new session. The faculty of Shri Ram School , Delhi gave valuable tips on classroom management.
•	A workshop on phonetics was held on 12 th September 2007 by Mrs. Preminda Langar to help the faculty utilize the art of Phonetics as a tool to enrich the vocabulary of kindergartners.
•	Dr. Z.N. Patil, Chairperson, CIEFL Hyderabad conducted a two-day workshop in school on 22nd & 23rd September 2007. Dr Patil talked about teaching language skills, listening and speaking in a creative manner.
•	Mrs. Shilpi Sood Gill, Ms. Maninder Kaur and Ms. Nidhi attended a workshop conducted by Mrs. Uma Raman, organised by Ratna Sagar Pvt Ltd.
•	Mrs. N. Madhuri Pathi conducted a workshop on teaching mathematics. It was organised by Ratna Sagar Pvt Ltd. It was attended by Mrs. Karandeep Kaur, Ms. Poonam & Mrs. Ashima.
•	The Heads of the school alongwith a few teachers attended a seminar conducted by Derek O Brien at BCM School.
•	The school Heads visited The Shri Ram School on 5th & 6th February 2008 and interacted with their Heads and HOD’s of various departments.
•	A two day teachers’ training workshop was held in school on 25th & 26th March 2008 by the faculty of Shri Ram School, Delhi for teaching of Geography & Physics.
